Editorial & Submission Guidelines

The Mid-Atlantic Professional Review (MPR) seeks high-value, data-informed contributions that address the complex professional landscape of the Mid-Atlantic corridor. We prioritize insights that offer actionable strategy for leaders in the Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and DC regions.

1. Core Content Pillars

We accept submissions that align with our primary editorial domains:

  • Workforce Strategy: Upskilling, talent retention, and labor market analytics.
  • Institutional Analysis: Educational frameworks, micro-credentialing, and EdTech integration.
  • Regional Commentary: Economic shifts, sector-specific growth, and regional policy.
  • Leadership & Governance: C-Suite strategy, organizational psychology, and change management.

2. Submission Requirements

To maintain our institutional integrity, all submissions must meet the following criteria:

  • Evidence-Based: Articles should be supported by recent data, case studies, or verified professional experience.
  • Length & Depth: We prioritize “Deep-Dive” analysis. Minimum word count for editorial features is 1,200 words, with a preference for comprehensive 2,000+ word briefs.
  • Originality: We only publish 100% original content. We do not accept syndicated or previously published material.
  • Professional Tone: Content must maintain a sophisticated, objective, and analytical tone suitable for an executive audience.

3. Integrity & Disclosure

  • Commercial Intent: While we welcome contributions from industry experts, articles must provide genuine educational value. Overtly promotional content or “sales pitches” will be rejected.
  • Transparency: All institutional or corporate affiliations must be disclosed upon submission.
  • AI Policy: We value human expertise. While AI tools may assist in research, the final narrative must reflect the unique professional insights and “Experience-Expertise” (E-E-A-T) of the author.

4. How to Submit

Please use the Contact Form on this portal to submit a brief abstract (200-300 words) of your proposed article. Our editorial board reviews inquiries weekly. If your abstract is aligned with our current roadmap, we will request a full manuscript for peer review.
